This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends underneath the oak in the backyard. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION RULES • No smoking (including electronic cigarettes) anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed based on cleaning required. • No loud noise, parties or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed. We do allow small daytime gatherings so please let us know what you are interested in hosting. We just need to be mindful of the neighbors. • No Illegal activities, weapons, or drugs are allowed. • Pets – We do allow pets with a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. We do have breed and size restrictions so please reach out for approval before bringing your pets. Any damage to the house and contents are subject to an additional fee for damage by your pet. PARKING • This house has a shared driveway with the neighbor for parking. Parking is limited to maximum of 6 standard size cars. Additional visitor parking is available at the Braselton Parking Deck found at 40 E Lake Dr. 2-minute walk from the house. You can download the app for keyless entry, or we can give you a unique code to use with the keypad. The house has enough parking for up to 6 cars. The beginning of the driveway is shared with the neighbor and splits off. Check-in Time – 4:00pm Check-out Time – 11:00am ARRIVAL • Before you arrive, we will provide you with a keyless entry code for the house. The code is reset for each guest. CHECK-OUT DETAILS • Beds must be stripped, and pile used limens in the laundry room. • Trashcans must be emptied, and trash disposed of in the outdoor trashcan. On Sunday’s pull the trashcan to the end of the driveway. • If you check-out on a Monday, please take the can to the driveway for pick-up by 7:00am. • Do not leave dirty dishes. Please wash pots and pans and start the dishwasher before you leave. • Make sure both doors are locked before you leave. HOME INCLUSIONS Guest will have access to the entire house except for one locked closet and the shed. Guest will be provided with hand soap, dish washing tabs, trash bag, dish sponge, paper towel and toilet paper. ***All for first use. Guest is responsible for purchasing needs for duration of their stay. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. The outside front and back around the house have security cameras that are on 24/7 for added security. We do not have cameras on the inside of the home. We also require information of ALL guests (full name and age of each guests) if you book for a group of people. This information has to be sent to us 24 hours. We require this information for safety and security purpose.
