It is the perfect place to find the serenity signature of the Balinese island that is its namesake. We are glad to open our home to you. Rumah Kita is a humble abode featuring a classic Yogyakarta architecture with its wooden structure and warm, dark colors. Our house combines our love for travelling and vintage items, and we’d love to share it with you. We’d love to welcome a fellow traveller, serve you breakfast, and show you around. Rumah Kita is the word for our home in Bahasa. For your home away from home, we offer you our home. We have 4 private bedrooms and 7 bunk beds co-ed male/female dormitory. We also have 2 shared bathrooms with 2 toilets for the dormitory and the private You’re also welcomed to use our shared kitchen, backyard garden where you can enjoy your meals with our mini coffee shop/bar, sightseeing balcony, and living room. Free wifi all around the house. We live in the house but mostly we will be away for travelling or working. Our team Andi, will be there to assist you from 8 AM - 5 PM and we are available via phone/email 24/7. If contemporary art is more of your thing and whether you’re into coffee or beer, never worry; we are walking distance from Prawirotaman where a stretch of coffee shops, bars, galleries and art spaces await. From here, if you are feeling adventurous you can walk to the famous Kraton, the grand palace complex. You can also enjoy the best of Javanese culture with the nearby shadow puppet show. The most convenient way to transport in Yogyakarta is by renting a motorbike or a car and driver. We can help you to arrange motorbike rentals and trips. Airport is 11.8 Km from our place, Tugu Train Station is 4.2 Km, and Lempuyangan Train Station is 4.5 Km. You can take rented motorbike/car, becak (rickshaw), ojek (motorbike driver) to the famous Kraton Palace, water castle, shadow puppet show, and Prawirotaman street. The house is not equipped for children or baby. We own well behaved super mini pomeranian dog named Bonzo, who loves having guests around and is excited to welcome you. Our dog are regularly vaccinated. Please let us know in advance if you are allergic or scared of our dog. Sorry, No other pets are allowed in the house. We are best to respond back from 8 AM - 5 PM.
