Spacious room (20m2), in a bright and quiet apartment, safe and secure exceptionally located near the Bastille district, Le Marais and Nation. Lively neighbourhoods. Supermarket, grocery stores, bakeries. The apartment features three bedrooms: mine and two that are available for Airbnb guests, a big kitchen with dining room and a separate toilet. I have my own bathroom with toilet. There is a second bathroom with shower for Airbnb guests only. If needed for long stays, a washing machine is also available. Hours check-in and check-out are totally flexible. You have a key that allows you to enter and exit whenever you want respecting of course the calm of the apartment. I'll give you all tips you need. The apartment is extremely well located in the Bastille area, walking distance from République, Oberkampf and Nation, which are attractive, lively neighbourhoods, with great nightlife. You will find many shops next door and a delightful mix of fine and trendy dining venues. All amenities just around the corner: supermarket, grocery stores, bakeries, wine shops, post office etc. Great transport service, with two metro lines and three bus stops within 5 minutes walk, connecting you to many places in Paris: Metro line 9 to the Champs-Élysées and the Trocadéro for the Eiffel Tower. Metro line 8 to Opéra shopping district and to Place de la Concorde. Bus 76 to the Louvre, the modern art museum and exhibition centre Centre George Pompidou, and the trendy Marais district. Bus 86 to Saint-Germain-des-Près, fashionable Rive Gauche district. Bus 56 to Place de la République, train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Easy and affordable access to and from both Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports via train or bus. If you are coming from Beauvais airport into Paris via Porte Maillot, the apartment is a 30 minutes metro ride away. Easy and quick access to the four main railway stations of Paris: Gare du Nord (Eurostar), Gare de Lyon, Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de l'Est, by metro or bus. There are two stations of VELIB, a self-service bike system, just downstairs in front of the building, should you wish to go around and discover Paris by bicycle. An excellent quality / price ratio.
