Retro styled central town flat near park & beaches

Exposed brick feature walls, stainless kitchen units and oak floors make this flat stand out for style with deckchairs situated in a south facing sun trap. Great access to all transport hubs, town, pubs and less than a mile through a park are beaches & coastline walks. **The sofa bed is in keeping with the retro theme of the flat. With that in mind, it is not a modern full size sofa bed. It's probably more suited to young kids and a single adult and ideally not someone that is 6ft** No TV. Compact, retro, stylish & central to Torbay, with a theme to reflect my passion for classic cars, pedal power and music. There is an unlimited supply teas and coffees including Nespresso machine and pods you’re welcome to enjoy. My flat has no television, completely by choice. The flat is ideally suited for couples and small families, well behaved pets are permitted. There is 1 hour parking immediately outside the flat, free unlimited parking also outside but can get busy. There is also a pay & display car park also within a 1 minute walk. I am sorry to say I am unlikely to accept same sex group bookings. Guests have full access to my ground floor flat with sun trap courtyard. I'm very keen to meet new people and will aim to do so if I am around...alternatively I have a coded key lock box for self check-in. The flat is very central to Paignton town centre and Torbay itself. Great for all transport hubs Bus stop is 2 minutes walk to take you to all surrounding towns & villages. Victoria Park, Vue cinema, the beach and harbour are all 10 minutes walk along with the train & bus stations. There is an 8 til 8 shop for basics within 1 minute walk There are a handful of pubs and restaurants no more within a 10 minutes walk. Many attractions easily accessed by public transport. I have a fish to feed daily. He doesn't bite. I also don't have a television and haven't owned one for 15 years (by choice) and have stated so on the listing so please don't expect one or mark me down for not having one.
