3 Self contained spaces which can be rented separately by request. GREAT LOCATION - Short walk to shops & the Beach 6 bedroom family home perfect for a relaxing getaway with extended family & friends. Each group of guests has their own entrance. 2 minute stroll to Avalon village where there are endless amounts of shops, cafes & restaurants. Walk through the Village to arrive at South Avalon Beach Pool & the Avalon Skate Park. Avalon Golf Course, is also only a stroll from the house. The upper and lower levels can be rented out separately. Please note; if a level is booked out by a group of guests, we will not rent the other level out to another group during this time, if they are not known to the other party (due to privacy & noise). The upstairs of the house has 3 bedrooms (Main with a King Bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds/or made into a king, Bedroom 3 - Queen), 2 bathrooms. The open plan; kitchen, lounge room & dining, open up to a deck, and a flat, unfenced yard. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 king & Bedroom 2 - Bunks beds), 2 bathrooms, one being off the main bedroom. Open plan kitchen/loungeroom/dining, that opens onto a deck, trampoline and cubby house. It has a fully fenced yard, so your 4 legged friend can join you. The 1 bedroom granny flat has a separate entrance & self contained fenced yard, a kitchenette and bathroom. The living area and bedroom opens out to your outdoor private space through bi fold doors. Perfect for grandparents or guests with no children. The courtyard has a low fence for a small dog by request. Any section can accommodate an infant in parents bedroom and we can provide a cot if needed. The property is a 2 minute walk to the Avalon Village and less that a 5 minute walk to Avalon Beach. We are surrounded by trees, the house has a lovely outlook. It's bright, airy and we get sun throughout the day. There are 2 BBQ's on the outdoor decks. There is off street parking for one car but lots of parking on our quiet family friendly street for other guests. We are walking distance to shops, beaches, parks and public transport. A car is not needed to make the most of what Avalon and surrounding suburbs have to offer. The upper and lower levels can be rented out separately.
