The complete house and property are available to use Garages and walk in robe have host maintenance items stored in them, please don't access these areas without permission , there is a spare gas bottle for the bbq just inside garage door, accessible from laundry( keys hanging up behind entry ) please close door after getting gas bottle, dangerous equipment in garage ( dangerous for children ) Fire pit in back yard can be used depending on fire danger restrictions , wood can be purchased from many places in the area Extra mattresses are in garage. Contact us anytime for anything you need Amazing friendly people and a abundance of native wildlife and the odd deer. Kangaroos bouncing down the street is a common occurrence. Child Safe , shallow , salt water lake only 3.5 minutes walk ( please don’t use back gate , this is not our property and the owners , do not want us using it for access to the lake ) 90 mile beach 5 minutes drive ( so peaceful and spacious ) , good for fishing also National park 2 minutes walk , mountain bike, hike or drive for days in here The best sun sets ever ( try to walk along the lake at dusk ) At the end of the national park there is a great BBQ and jetty area , this takes about 25 minutes to get to along the bumpy dirt road. There is not much public transport here . The local marina ( hotel ) and RSL offer courtesy buses that will pick you up and drop you of for free if you have a meal and a drink at there establishment Please be water conscious, there is no town water , filtered tank water is all that's available ,and loch sport has a lower than average seasonal rain fall , please be careful not to waste water . The hot water service is a storage type and is heated overnight, please keep showers short or you will run out of hot water .
