The Homestead- perfect group/family accommodation

I have a modern spacious house opening to a large deck overlooking the bay towards the mountains . Guests have a separate floor with their own bathroom and three bedrooms accommodating up to five people, perfect for groups, friends and families. I can provide dinner, packed lunches, holiday advice, as well as granny sit or babysit. As a Nurse, I also offer health support to people who need additional medical care. I am cose to town and airport and am pet friendly, but only by prior arrangement. This is a fantastic house which you will feel warm and safe and nutured. I am a RN, so can baby or granny sit if you are travelling with family. I am a good cook and hostess and will take great care of you and will provide meals or picnics on request. Bikes are available to ride and walking tracks are close by. I have two well behaved cocker spaniels and you are welcome to join me on my early beach walks. Guest rooms on the first floor and you will have complete privacy. An large balcony overlooks the sea and mountains, perfect for that sunset wine and outdoor dining. I have a separate fridge and food storage area for guests. Prices are based per room. You will be able to access the whole place, except for my room. Guests may use kitchen to prepare lunches for picnics and day trips and if dinner is to be cooked, then by prior agreement. I am available to provide an evening meal ( table d'hote) which will be based on local NZ fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Its a chance for you to mix with other guests and for me to provide a richness to your stay. I can also escort anyone who may wish to have company on walks or drives The house is set on a hill in a refined neigjhbourhood, walking distance to the sea. You will need a car in NZ. There is a bus stop at the end of the street into town and a cyclepath into town I am NZ Registered Nurse and upon request can be available to look after a guest should this be requested. This means you can bring your elderly family with you on your trip, or someone who requires supported assistance ( diabetic, colostomy, ulcers, arthritis etc) or respite and they will be lovingly cared for.
