We can confidently say that this is one of the most amazing places with stunning river views, the guests will have their own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The house is located 15 minutes walk from the town centre. It has its own private car parking. The room is fully equipped including the 55” Samsung smart TV and super fast internet. It benefits from central heating and is very efficient. All the amenities including washing machine, dryer etc are available for guests to use ! We are very confident that guests would love their room so much that they would not need or want to use any other areas but they are allowed to use the garden, kitchen and laundry areas. There are couple of amazing restaurants and pubs on the same road. Pub called Wagon and Horses and a restaurant called Simply French located on the same road and holds an unparalleled reputation regarding the food and the provision of exceptional customer service ! House is located at a prime location with stunning river views. 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to the city centre. Lake District is 30 minutes away including the lake Windermere. Lancaster University is 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes by bus. The house is a quiet house and would suit someone professional or a quiet student who would need a quiet place to study or work. It is unfortunately not a party house !
