This listing is for large groups of up to 18 wishing to holiday together, in three separate houses, each with its own facilities (FOR SMALLER GROUPS, EACH HOUSE CAN ALSO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY -CHANGE SEARCH CRITERIA TO 8 PERSONS TO SEE INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS) Pools - summer only, both exterior. Marquee - May to September House 1, :- 1 king size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 small single beds. House 2:- 1 double bed, 3 single beds House 3:- 2 double beds, 3 single beds All bedding included We welcome all (house-trained) groups to enjoy the huge garden and two pools. The price includes up to 20 guests. Each of the houses is set on two floors, is well equipped and comfortably furnished. The Lodge has steep stairs. Open plan kitchen / living room, one small double bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. Three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one single ) and one bathroom on the first floor. The Cottage has an open plan kitchen / living room on the ground floor. The three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one single ) and the bathroom are on the first floor. The Croft has "normal" stairs. Living / dining room, separate kitchen, one twin bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. One King-size bedroom, one family room ( double bed with two single beds in a partitioned annex) and one bathroom upstairs. When booking the entire complex, guests will have exclusive access to the three fully equipped houses, huge garden, sun deck and two seasonal swimming pools (June, July & August) We live on site, so we are usually around to help if necessary, or answer any questions that you may have about the property. We will remain discreet and not not impose on our guests' privacy (unless invited!) Very peaceful, rural location. We have a few neighbours in the hamlet, but the garden is well screened and not at all over-looked. Views from our rear garden include only the trees on our perimeter and the fields beyond. Quiet country lanes lead in both directions from the front of the property, perfect for a walk or a bike ride, with very little local traffic. Car Essential We do not supply meals at the property. It is ideal to bring your own food and drink and enjoy the company of your friends and family in peaceful surroundings. This is a very rural area and there are no bars or clubs on the doorstep. We have a small grocery / butcher's, a bakery, a tabac, and a pharmacy in the local village (3km) but the nearest large supermarkets are approximately 12 km away in Chateaubriant or Pouancé. Late Check-out (up to 16:00) may be available but must be arranged with the owners before making a reservation. Please ask for our policy and charging details regarding late departures.
