Downstairs one bedroom apartment attached to the main house with a separate entrance. Apartment has a large lounge and dining area plus a kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facility is available. Also there’s an electric frypan,rice cooker and a sandwich press. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linen supplied.There is a separate bathroom with shower. Pets are not allowed. Noise should be kept to a minimum especially after 10pm as this is part of a family home Spacious apartment. Home away from home. Separate entrance to the apartment. Outside pergola available for use provided host isn’t using it. Check with the host before use. Available between 8am - 6pm mostly. Contactable via Airbnb app or by phone. Family friendly neighbourhood. Lots of greenery around neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants and hospitals. Stockland Mall and Winston Hills shopping centres less then 5 minutes drive away and Castle Towers and Westfield Parramatta are 10 minutes away. Also Blue Mountains is 90 minutes drive Bus stop to Parramatta and Castle Towers at your doorstep. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the City bound bus stop which then takes about 30 minutes on M2 to the city Kitchen utensils supplied for use. Extra pillows and blankets also provided. Aircon can be used provided it’s turned off when you’re out. Also turn off aircon before bedtime. Extra guests and visitors are not allowed unless approved by the host because of safety reasons
