You can spot Bacino San Marco, the island of Lido, San Servolo, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Giorgio, which hosts Fondazione Cini and Compagnia della Vela (among the oldest and most picturesque yacht clubs in the world) and Giudecca, as well as Punta Della Dogana, extreme tip of the Dorsoduro district (seat of the Pinault Collection), the beginning of the Grand Canal and the bell tower of San Marco. Yo will have the chance to organize unforgettable lunches and dinners, especially during the Redentore Festival and New Year’s Eve, during which you can admire breathtakingly the show of boats and fireworks on the lagoon. For a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and TV. It also has a second terrace in the back and a room used as a walk-in closet, convenient for storing clothes and luggages. 5 minute walkig awa is located a well-stocked supermarket. Near the palace there is a water taxi stop and the vaporetto stop "Arsenale" that will take you to Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Rialto Bridge and Marco Polo Airport (VCE). Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra.
