Located only 10mins to town or The Base in a quiet leafy suburb. Property is ideal for couples as the whole downstairs will be yours although we share laundry. Kitchenette includes a bar fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle - tea, coffee and cereals will be supplied. Secure offsite parking 1 vehicle. Apple TV is available. Access to spa also to soak off the long day.(Winter only) We require all guests over 12yrs 3mths to be vaccinated and show a vaccination certificate. Huge front yard if the kids want to kick a ball around. You will have downstairs during your stay which includes a kitchenette, lounge (with sofa bed) and large bedroom with an open wardrobe. More than welcome to use the front lawn too and of course the spa pool (winter). Shared laundry. We will be upstairs during your stay so shout out if you need anything! Only a 10 minute walk to the famous Sugar Bowl cafe, 10 minutes to the river walks or cycle trails.$15 Uber into town to experience all our dining options. Super close to the arterial route and fast track into town. We supply tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, milk, cereals and spreads for your toast.
