The studio is separate from the main house with a private courtyard. Guests can enjoy their own secluded space with kitchen and ensuite. Included in the kitchen setting is a sink, full size fridge, cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bed configuration is 1x double, plus 1x king single bed. Porta-cot & high chair are also available free of charge upon request. Guests will be able to adjust the living area temperature with a separate wall mounted air conditioner. - 5km to the National Zoo & Aquarium - 2.3km to the Woden town centre and shopping mall - 3.5km to the Canberra Hospital - 6.2km to The parliamentary triangle with access to the National library, NGA, Portrait Gallery, Lake Burley Griffin, Old Parliament House and New. - 7km to the National Arboretum The studio is walking distance (900m) to Curtin local shopping centre with Coles supermarket and a fabulous cafe ‘Red Brick’ well renown to Canberra coffee connoisseurs. Curtin well connected to the city for vehicles, bikes and public buses. Ample on street parking is available and free in this area. There is a dog living at the property, however he is separated from the studio spaces.
