Ideal for couples of all ages, or a family of three, this semi-detached barn conversion is located in the little rural village of Down Thomas, just 1/2 a mile from the popular beach at Bovisand and the superb South West Coastal path, which runs along this entire headland. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The living area is bright and airy, but still maintains a cosy atmosphere at the same time. The Smart TV and Wi-Fi means that you can still enjoy all the comforts of home whilst on holiday. There is an enclosed courtyard space with outside furniture for your use, somewhere to relax at all times of the day. Down Thomas has a village pub, a well equipped children's play area at the Village Hall, Shop and Post Office. The South West Coastal path is a 15 minute countryside walk from the cottage. There are several walks which take in local marks such as Langdon Court, Wembury House, Wembury Church and Wembury National Trust beach. There is also a longer walk, along the South West Coastal path to the estuary inlet of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. During peak season a ferry service runs across the estuary from the South West Coastal path. The main local beaches are Bovisand and Wembury but all along the coastal path there is access to an array of smaller quieter coves sit and swim.
