Beautiful comfortable home in Monkstown.
Our home is a lovely comfortable space to live in. We are close to all amenities and only minutes from local transport which will take you into the city centre in 25 minutes. Dalkey and Killiney villages are a 7 minute drive! Both beautiful! A short stroll will take you to the village of Monkstown where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. You are also by the sea at Seapoint where we love to walk in the early mornings or evenings to watch the magnificent sunrise or sunset. Very comfortable house with beautiful back garden to sit out and enjoy your breakfast in. 2 min drive down to Seapoint, our local seafront where you can take in some amazing sunsets and if you are brave enough.a swim in the sea! The house itself is in a small cul de sac which is very quiet...when sitting out in the garden you almost feel like you’re in the countryside! You can park in the driveway or on the street which is both safe and free. Only minutes from the house you can find shops, a pharmacy and a great fish shop that sells fresh fish daily. We are also very close to the bigger supermarkets like Tesco, Lidl and Aldi. Guests can make themselves at home and enjoy all the comforts of a family home. We also have very nice and friendly neighbours. I would expect my guests to respect my home and my neighbours and parties or loud noise is not accepted. I am generally available to meet and greet guests and offer them any advice they need. If not, my family or a close friend will be delighted to assist my guests. Our neighbourhood is warm and friendly and the perfect location for visiting the city centre AND Co Wicklow where all the wonderful scenery , mountains and flower gardens can be enjoyed. You are well situated to take the DART (the light rail) either southbound to Bray or Greystones or northbound out to Malahide and Howth, both lovely little villages with great walks/views etc., Minutes from bus and DART (light rail system) to city centre, travel time approx 25minutes. We are also minutes from two buses, the number 4 and 46A , both which take you into Dublin City Centre. The number 4 takes a more direct and faster route. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and I would like my guests to respect my neighbours . As the cul de sac is very narrow , feel free to park on the road at the entrance where the parking is free and safe. Parties or loud noise are not acceptable.
