Gite Villard is in a very rural setting with countryside views. It has an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area, including three seater reclining sofa and chair, oak dining table with 4 chairs, oak sideboard, satellite TV - French and English , unlimited wi-fi, electric radiator and fire. Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 1. Double bed, drawer units, shelves, hanging units, electric radiator, luggage rest, countryside views. We also have a high chair, changing mat, , travel cot, mattress and sheets for infants up to 3. (Please ask) BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, drawer units, electric radiator, luggage rest, velux window. BATHROOM Modern shower with massage jets, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail, velux window. to the side of the property there is a small enclosed private lawned garden , outdoor table and 4 chairs, parasol to enjoy al-fresco dining, small barbecue, sun loungers, outside light and power. The whole house and garden is available for you, the stairs may not be suitable for elderly or people have difficulty walking as they are a little steeper than normal. Our own property is adjacent to the gite and we are available either in person or by phone to help you enjoy your stay with us. Please inform us of number of beds required for a booking for two people. If you require high chair, travel cor etc, please let us know so they can be available for your stay The gite is in a lovely rural location, ideal for walking, cycling and relaxing. Various places of interests for all and within an hours drive, Futuroscope - the theme park based on the moving image, Lac de Saint Pardoux - large lake, beaches, boating quiet walks, Oradour sur Glane - a memorial site and museum, village left exactly as it was after a massacre in WW2, very moving. Bellac - shops, restaurants and a pretty walk down through the Old Town to the river. A Car is essential as we are in a rural location. Nearest town is 5 mins by car for essentials This is run as a micro entrepreneur business, to keep in accordance with French law. I may ask you to complete a form on arrival with your full names and address to produce an invoice for my accounts. these will not be used in any other way and will remain confidential.
