Hello! We are happy to offer our modern studio in a resort-style condo, only a road across Bang-Rak beach. Spacious living space with balcony facing the swimming pool. We offer hotel standard facilities and the place is located in a safe and secure ground. We will try and greet all our guest in person upon arrival at our place depending on the check-in hours. As we live on this island ourselves, we are able to provide you with local tips and make settling very easy for you. This studio is a private apartment located in the Replay Condominium Complex. There is a quiet beach right across the street. You can enjoy complete privacy here, and at the same time also feel safe with the security system in place. Important note: Our goal is to keep the room rate very affordable to all guests, therefore please help us save energy by turning off electricity and water when not in use. Hong and Pat's home is located in Ko Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand. Bangrak Beach is across the street but it's not appropriate for swimming because the sea is too rocky and shallow. Other nice beaches that are nearby are listed below : - Fisherman's Village beach - 1.5 km away - Choeng Mon beach - 2.5 km away - Chaweng beach - 5 km away Getting around You'll need transportation to get around (car, scooter or taxi). - We could recommend a car or scooter rental to you if needed. It's also easy to get a taxi from the front reception desk. Driving time to the main attractions : * Fisherman's Village: 3 minutes * Bophut: 5 minutes * Choengmon: 5 minutes * Chaweng: 10 minutes * Koh Samui Airport: 10 minutes * Bangraak ferry pier: 5 minutes * Maenam ferry pier: 15 minutes * Nathon ferry pier: 45 minutes * Lipa Noi ferry pier: 1 hour Please read the description before booking and contact us if you have any issues during your stay before leaving a review! Any rental over 28 days, electricity fee would be paid per the actual consumption by the guest. The electric reading would be taken when check-in and check-out. The fee is Bht 7 per unit. A deposit of Bht 3,000 would be taken upon check-in and whatever is the balance from the spending would be refunded to the guest when check-out. The cleaning fee charged at the time of booking covers the cleaning of the condo after your stay is completed. If you wish to have the condo cleaned during your stay, we can arrange that for you. Cleaning fees for this service will be additional and will be charged 400 baht at the time of your request. Additional bedding sheet, towels and swimming towels are available for guest at the cost of Bht 400/set. We recommend changing the bed sheet and towels at least once every two weeks. Any permanent mark or damages on the towels, sheets, furniture, and fixture would be claimed back to the guest on actual cost. For long-term accommodation, the unit is available for monthly rental. The monthly rate, however, is calculated without utility charges. There would be a utility deposit of 3000 baht and refunded to you after deducting the actual charges. The actual utility charges would be calculated at the end of your stay. Utility price is 7 baht per unit.
