Emotional apartment in the historical centre

It's a completely renovated three-room apartment that I tried to decorate with lots of love and passion.There is a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a big double bedroom and a single bedroom. For those who need a parking, I offer a large garage on the ground floor with an additional fare. It can contain 2 cars, motorcycles and bicycles. I live in the apartment when I have no guests, so there are things in the house that belong to me.   The apartment consists of a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen which is separated by a glass door. A hallway separates the living area from the bathroom and the sleeping area. The bathroom is blind but very big with shower and bath. A beautiful bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe. Beside a small room with a single bed.The building is inhabited by peaceful people and guests are therefore required to comply with the rules of good manners. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. It can then be accessed only through the common stairs of the building. There is also a garage located on the ground floor of the building. It is a very large garage where two cars can be parked and possibly also motorcycles or bicycles. For parking will add the fee to be agreed. I will be very happy to help my guests for any information or suggestions on what to visit or what to do in Brescia. The apartment is located in one of the most historic district of the city which is called Carmine. It 'a very lively district with various ethnic groups. In the evening it becomes the "nightlife district" and is full of young people. Within walking distance are several grocery stores and also 2 supermarkets, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and bars. A 15-minute walk away is the train station and bus station. A few minutes you will also find 2 underground stations, San Faustino and Vittoria. If you arrive by plane at Milan Bergamo airport I recommend the bus service that arrives to Brescia station. For timetables and reservations visit the website of the Company AUTOSTRADALE . The old town can be visited on foot, 400 m you will find the beautiful Piazza Loggia. In the apartment there is no TV but only a stereo to listen to music and radio. I wish to say that I like this town and this area of Brescia and I love to meet new people and new cultures. In Brescia we have a local tourist tax. Upon the arrival of each guest, I will request the payment of the same amounting to 1 Euro per day for each person over 15 years old.
