Great size for a 2 bedroom property with 12ft ceilings, the property is tastefully furnished offering a separate lounge room which has a wall mounted HD TV with Chromecast allowing you to stream Sport or Movies from your own device via NBN. There are two bedrooms each with a King Bed that can be split into single beds which is not available in many other properties in the area. This allows you the option when booking to choose your bedding arrangement. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan, power cube on the bedside table and a hanging clothes rack. The spacious kitchen incorporates a dining setting and features plenty of storage space and all the necessary kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Ceiling fans in these rooms add to the constant cool air flow.. The yard provides off street parking inside the fence for multiple vehicles and on street parking is also available. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guest Access: Guests will have full reign of the house, excluding any locked rooms. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. The backyard is available for Guest use but is shared with the neighboring unit. The Neighborhood: This 2 bedroom high set property built in the Queenslander style is centrally located, and overlooks Alexandra Park & Gardens incorporating river walking paths, children’s playground, Historical Colonial Guns & the Bundaberg Zoo. Getting Around: Two major shopping centers, Hinkler Place & Stockland are close by, as are 3 Clubs, RSL, Across the Waves, & Brothers Club – each have a courtesy bus. There is a bus stop just outside Oscar Motel reception for your convenience. Other Things to Note: There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. The property has Fans Only, there is no Air Conditioning at the property. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days. Interaction with Guests: We are available to assist with any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your holiday as you please.
