It is nestled on a quiet residential street with a large yard, fire pit and place to park a boat! The kids can walk to the end of the street and play at the school playground on weekends, head down to the lake to fish or hang out in the basement and play some pool or air hockey. The Cottage Lodge is 4.9 miles to downtown Lake Geneva, 5 miles to Grand Geneva Resort, 4.8 miles to Big Foot Beach State Park, 13.4 miles to Wilmot Ski Hill and 18 miles to Alpine Valley Music Theatre. Lake Geneva and the surrounding areas offer year round activities. So whether you are coming to enjoy the lake, the festivals, skiing or a concert The Cottage Lodge will make a great home base. The main bedroom is a queen bed and the other holds two twins. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is nicely equipped to cook for the whole crew. A Keurig coffee maker is also there, just bring your own pods. There is a TV in the living room with a DVD player and gets local channels. WiFi access is available as well. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and window AC units are installed in summer. The basement is semi-finished and has pool table that converts into an air hockey table, a fun rumpus room for the bigger kids. There is a washer and dryer available in the unfinished portion of the basement. Unlike some of the "in-town" places, we can rent for less than 30 days (Lake Geneva City Proper prohibits short term rentals). So book your summer fun now!
