We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: Holiday home Iris is located almost directly on the slopes and within walking distance of the picturesque village of Rauris. Winter sports enthusiasts will certainly enjoy the ideal location of this ski-in/ski-out. This holiday home has been completely renovated in 2020 and transformed into four modern holiday homes. Here, flat Iris III and flat Iris IV are offered together. Iris III is located on the first floor and Iris IV on the second floor and are connected to each other by the common staircase. Flat Iris III has a living/dining room with sitting area, TV, dining table and a cosy corner where there is also a table with a typical Austrian couch. Here you can play a board game together or enjoy a nibble and a drink. In this room you will also find a fully equipped open kitchen. In addition, the flat has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet and the other bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. House Iris IV has a living/dining room with sitting area, TV, dining table and tiled stove where you can warm up after a day in the winter cold. There is a fully equipped open kitchen where you can prepare a tasty meal together. In addition, the flat has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed and one bedroom with a double bed. There are two bathrooms each with a shower, sink and toilet. Rauris is quietly situated, has a friendly population and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. It has a varied and modern ski area. The highest point of the skiing area reaches up to 2175 meters. From here you have a breathtaking view of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner. The skiing area is well organised and has plenty of easy descents. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playgrounds and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular among families with children. If you want to spend a day skiing somewhere else, the Gasteinertal or the Hochkönig region are nearby. In the other seasons the nature lover or active people will certainly find something to their liking here as well. Rauris lies in a narrow green valley and is surrounded by mountains that belong to the Hohe Tauern National Park. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous glacier of Kaprun. A visit to this glacier is definitely worthwhile. You can ski here all year round! Please note! The bunk beds are only suitable for children.
