Enjoy taking in the ocean views from the large balcony & enjoy a spa after sunset. Seacliff is a beautiful cosmopolitan seaside suburb, with walking trails, sailing club, lifesaving club & pub. Train into city is a few minutes walk & around 20 minutes into the CBD. The views out to the cove make you feel like you're on holiday in Europe. Romance by the sea for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Hear the sound of crashing waves, spot dolphins, sailing boats, sit on the glorious balcony and take in the beautiful ocean views. Wake up and enjoy a perfect cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking Seacliff Beach, Marino Rocks and Kingston Park. Make your own breakfast, take in a beach walk or stroll to the local pub, surf life saving club or Jetty Road Brighton, and enjoy a different breakfast with a view. We also supply a range of teas, coffee pod machine, and bottled spring water on arrival. In the evening kick back with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Indulge in a spa bath with bath salts supplied - and relax. During your stay pamper yourself with body wash, hand wash, and hand lotion made from a combination of botanical extracts derived from nature. Bring your loufah. Two storey home with king size bed in upstairs main bedroom with luxurious plush mattress, quality linen and Egyptian sheets, Sheridan towels provided and electric blanket in winter. Huge spa in the main upstairs bathroom, Smart TV, DVD player and DVDs supplied in upstairs living area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, including toaster, electric kettle, juicer, coffee pod machine, rice maker, George Foreman Grill, air-fryer, smoothie maker and China crockery. Fridge and pantry stocked with condiments e.g. vegemite, jam, milk, butter, oil, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, herbs, and spices. Downstairs retreat furnished with leather lounge, TV, bathroom, bath-tub, separate shower and toilet. Laundry equipped with front loader washing machine and clothes horse. Enclosed garage with remote to park a car, with direct access into the home. Downstairs bedrooms are locked when not in use. You'll be able to use the whole home, downstairs retreat and access to the backyard from downstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs remain locked and let out on special request. We will be available to answer any questions throughout your stay. If we're away, we'll have somebody on call. Bedrooms not booked in the reservation remain locked. Seacliff is a glorious seaside town in South Australia with lots of walking trails and a beautiful stretch of beach. It's not over populated so you get time to enjoy privacy, downtime and most of all relaxation. The pub is a minute walk, and surf life saving club and sailing club are very close. All have great meals and views out to the ocean. What makes this place even more special are the beautiful sailing boats you can watch for hours from the balcony, as they sail from the local sailing club. Supermarkets are a close drive located on Brighton Road, as well as liquor outlets. Jetty Road Brighton has many restaurants and is about a 15 minute walk and a couple of minutes drive. Glenelg is a few suburbs away and around five minutes by car. The home is a minute walk to the beach, and a few minutes walk to the train station and you're in the CBD within 20 minutes. Twenty minutes by car from the Adelaide Airport, and around 20 minutes by car into the city. Bus stop on Brighton Road with a five minute walk to the home. Supermarkets located on Brighton Road, as well as liquor outlets. Jetty Road Brighton has many restaurants and is about a 15 minute walk and a couple of minutes drive. Glenelg is a few suburbs away and around eight minutes by car. We meet all our guests, if we are unable to do so we'll leave instructions for the self check-in or leave keys with our neighbour. We have a no party policy, please be respectful of our neighbours who are permanent retired residents in the complex. We have a no visitor policy, only guests named on the listing are covered. If you plan to invite visitors it's best to find a property more suitable. Bedrooms not booked in the reservation will remain locked. Bring your own beach towel. We supply bath towels which are not to be used for the beach. The pub patrons can be a little noisy when leaving on the weekends, rest assured the noise will stop once it closes at midnight. We absolutely adore children however the property is not suited to young children because of the stairs and balcony.
