House with pool and garden in Esmoriz near Porto

Welcome to Oceanbreeze Esmoriz! Mild temperatures, warm summers, good surfing conditions, a calm and relaxed environment and just half an hour drive to Porto – a beautiful, interesting and buzzling city in Portugal – you can find our house in the cute town of Esmoriz. Birds whistling, the salty breeze of the ocean in the air and big forests, dunes and beaches closeby, ready to be explored – by foot or with a bicycle free of use. We offer SURF and YOGA classes with qualified instructors. Our property offers a big garden, where you can relax under the pavillon, in the hammock or on the meadow; where you can pick fruits from many trees or make a barbeque and eat on the terrace. If you need a cool down just jump in our pool. If you are seeking for an active vacation or want to try out something new, we offer different activities such as Surfing, Stand Up Paddle, Kite Surfing, Yoga, Skateboarding or Volleyball. we also have a little basketball court and table football to have fun with. Our house offers a shared kitchen as well as a big common area with a Flat Screen-TV featuring e.g. Netflix and a Playstation 4, as well as a sound system, which allows you to play your favourite music. The big living room is there to enjoy movie nights, a good book, board games or a nice chat with each other. The fire place creates a cosy atmosphere in unexpected cold days. Unlimited wifi is available in every room and in the garden. - Beautiful pathway through the Natural Reserve of Barrinha - Big forest with bicycle-paths, playgrounds, picknick-areas and access to a lot of calm beaches - Bicycle path leading to Espinho, Furadouro and Aveiro - Nearest beach 3 kilometers from the house - Two great surf spots nearby - Supermarket in walking distance - Beach volleyball fields, cafés, bars, restaurants at the beach - Fischer´s market in Fischer's village Silvalde - Just half an hour drive/train ride to Porto - Trains run regularly to Porto/Aveiro (Train station is within 10min walking distance) - Lots of festivals and events take place in summer in and around Esmoriz We recommend you to rent a car to get the most out of the surroundings ( It’s 30min to the airport or in the old city of Porto), it’s not neccessary though. Esmoriz has a train station running to Porto and Aveiro hourly (bike transportation is in the train possible– if you are planning on a big tour.) The train station is just one kilometer from our house. We also offer an airport shuttle to make your arrival more comfortable. To get around Esmoriz or the neighbour villages just take one of our free bicycles.
