The apartment is renovated, fully furnished and also equipped with cutlery, dishes and other things. We can offer you the WiFi with 16Mbit/s and a TV that is connected to the Internet. The modern fitted kitchen is very well equipped. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, ice box, dishwasher, various dishes, cutlery and a Nespresso machine to name just a few. There is also a small dining area with a table around chairs. The bathroom is tiled and has a sink and toilet, a bathtub and a shower. The equipment includes washing machine, mirror and bathroom furniture. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can also be put together as a double bed), bedside tables and chairs. The apartment is heated by central heating and hot water in bath and kitchen. In basement you will find the garden furniture (table, 4 chairs and parasol). The laundry area behind the house are ready for you to use. The terrace with concrete blocks behind the house can be used for barbecues and lingering. I don#t live in the hosue, but you are welcome to call my by any questions. In Vogtland we have extensive forests and beautiful nature. An extensive network of hiking and biking trails is recommended. Swimming and water sports can be found at the lake "Pöhl". Nearby sights include: Elstertal-bidge, Göltzschtalbridge (two largest Brick-Stone-Bridges in world), climbing forest at the Pöhl-Lake, Syrau dragon cave, Plohn fairy tale and adventure park, many many castles like in Greiz with castle park, Automobile and Antique-Car Museum in Zwickau and much much more.
