The Woodland Suite is an individually designed ground floor apartment to give your stay a unique experience with luxury towels, beautiful bathroom and 400 thread count sheets. There are three apartments within the building giving the opportunity for groups and families to stay together. The apartments have views of the lake and are in the heart of Bala. Due to the recent government guidelines relating to Covid-19, we now have wall mounted hand sanitiser in all apartments plus communal areas for our guests to use. We already have our cleaning team thoroughly clean all apartments to an extremely high standard, however we have put further things in place to ensure a deeper clean of each apartment is done after each of our guests has checked out. We ask that if your have any symptoms at all before your stay then you do NOT attend your stay and inform us directly instead. We will also contact you should any other guests still continue to stay with us at the same time as you, and fail to tell us about their symptoms. We also have a strict cleanliness policy whereby if the apartment is left in an unacceptable state when checking out then we have the right to charge the guest an extra amount to compensate for the additional level of cleaning required. The extra amount will be at our decision and will be based upon bringing the apartment back to a high standard for the next guest to check in.
