"The Villa" is our only guest accommodation on the grove, ensuring complete privacy and serenity. Our motto is to offer the best service and accomodation at the best possible price leaving you totally relaxed and rejuvenated! Guests will have unrestricted access on where they can walk, with the one exception of the main family home and the internal grounds of the family estate including the pressing shed and its area. During your stay, I will always make myself available (when on-site) for a chat about the grove and the running of it, or any questions or any potential issues that may arise during the guest stay. During harvest season I will make myself available for any questions or processes the guest may have, and of course if the guest would like to get in and help harvest they are most welcome. San Remo, gateway to Phillip Island is located 90 minutes from Melbourne central. This sea side village offers everything from great eateries to walking the very beautiful and scenic George Bass coastal walk. If its stand up paddle boarding or off shore fishing, San Remo has it all to offer. Phillip Island is famous for its very cute penguin colony (must see attraction), wild life parks, grand prix track, world famous beaches, not too mention the historical Churchill Island which can be seen from the deck of the Villa. Enrich your visual sensors by experiencing Kilcunda which is only a 5 minutes drive or 45 minute walk. Kilkunda offers immense beauty with a casual stroll over the old trestle bridge overlooking amazing waves of Bass Straight. The House On The Hill is located 1.7 km from Anderson Roundabout which is a major interchange offering both Vline and domestic services servicing, Melbourne, Phillip Island, the Bass highway through as far as Inverloch. The property is located halfway between Melbourne and Wilsons Promontory, Victoria's largest coastal wilderness area. Please note.
