Set in a private off road estate with just the sounds of the waves and birds to wake you or soothe you to sleep. Your bedroom's double glazed windows can be slid back to give you the feel that you are sitting in the treetops viewing Bilgola beach directly below. Alternatively, relax or dine inside in your living room or sit outside on your private terrace balcony overlooking Bilgola Beach to breakfast with the kookaburras and lorikeets, then later enjoy a drink watching the sunset over the ocean. Private self-contained area comprises - sitting room with flatscreen Smart TV, CD player, and dining area with access to courtyard; Bedroom with queen bed, flatscreen TV and remote controlled blinds overlooking beach. Bathroom with twin basins, large shower & underfloor heating for winter. Kitchen facilities with mini-frigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle & pod coffee machine. NBN WIFI available. Zone controlled reverse cycle heating & cooling. Private side entrance with direct access to garden and courtyard overlooking fountain. Driveway parking on site for 1 car (14 degree gradient - see photo). Additional parking on street. Owners reside in upper level of residence so are available to provide any information plus can be contacted on my mobile. 'Istana' overlooking Bilgola Beach is located mid point between Avalon and Newport Beaches and so enjoys the best of all worlds allowing you to visit a different beach each day. We are a short walk down down to all beaches. Alternatively take a stroll around Avalon and Newport villages - enjoy the relaxed vibe of our local communities where people still talk to each other in the street and shopkeepers know your name. Seek out our relaxed beach style fashion and coastal art. Feast on the great food and coffee at our local restaurants and cafes - whatever your foodie fancy you can find it all here. Alternatively, pick up a baguette and pastries from Avalon's French patisserie, a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset over Bilgola Beach from your terrace balcony. There is so much to do you will wish you stayed longer. Alternatively, take a picnic lunch and do a day trip on the numerous ferry routes departing either from Palm Beach or Church Point to explore Pittwater. We are a short stroll to bus stops, providing access both to the city and our local beach town locations. Or you can explore Pittwater by ferry - timetables can be provided. No disabled access. Guest suite has both separate external entrance from front gates via sandstone path with steps or internally from front door down one flight of stairs. Owner lives on site on upper level. No pets allowed, however I do have 2 friendly dogs to welcome you. No children or toddlers.
