Away from busy roads, allows for a great deal of privacy. On the second floor this lovely minisuite has a doublebed for 2 guests, a work desk with chair, a wardrobe; a private bathroom complete with shower. You'll find free wi-fi, tv set in the living room, air conditioning, central heating system. Price does include our Continental breakfast with coffee, milk, tea, yogurt,fresh fruit, pastries, rusks, corn flakes, muesly, marmalade, juices, nutella, offered 7.30-9.00 am. Coffee machine and kettle are available. We'll give you keys for free access to our house, to your room, to your private bathroom and to he breakfast room; we'll share the living room. Check-in time is between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm and for check-out before 10.00 am; We ask you to indicate in advance any different needs. PLEASE NOTE: Requests for different times for check-in and / or check-out must be indicated in advance and, if possible, you will be asked for an extra price of 50 € WE DO SPEAK ENGLISH. We'll personally welcome you, show your room and give you all the indications on public transport system (with map), on on going events and we'll be glad to support you with additional infos required. We do love the confidentiality of the neighborhood, the tranquility of our private road and the extremely convenient location of our house. Our house is located 700 meters from Central Station, in an area plenty of pubs, typical restaurants, night clubs and where the new Porta Nuova Business district has concentrated major companies' headquarters. We can offer our guests suggestions for restaurants where you'll taste typical Italian traditional cuisine.
