The kitchen is fully equipped including 2 electric rings, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Italian moka and filter machine) and dishwasher.The apartment has air conditioning for the cold months of the year and for the summertime.There is parking space in the villa’s enclosed garden. This home is situated amidst a beautiful environment which is renowned for its mild climate, beauty, history, poetry and famous wine. You will find numerous vineyards serving local dishes along with their fine wines. Examples of wines in the region: DOC Bolgheri, DOC Montescudaio, DOC Val di Cornia and DOC and ELBA. You also have plenty of choice when it comes to hiking, cycling and mountain bike trails or you can visit nature reserves (L'Oasi di Bolgheri) or archaeological sites in the area. There are even beautiful beaches with really clear seas which are ideal for swimming, windsurfing and a variety of other water sports. In Baratti and San Vincenzo you will find diving schools. You can take excursions to famous cities like Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Mssima Marittima, Perugia and Assisi. Elba Island is located 45 km away and is accessible by ferry, so you can bring your car. There are several stables that offer horseback riding.
