Quintessential storybook cottage complimented by a beautiful English country style garden, nestled in a semi secluded forest setting. Close to the famous Gallery Walk, national parks and botanic gardens, you're as close to all the Tamborine Mountain attractions as you like and still able to enjoy a quiet retreat or romantic haven. Downstairs you will find a bright and cosy airconditioned open living area that will keep you cool or warm as needed. It has also been fitted out with a new country style kitchen. Upstairs, there is a spacious master suite with bathroom, queen bed, side tables, dresser and a couple of accent chairs to relax away from the downstairs living area. The room looks out over the beautiful cottage garden or if you prefer you can relax and soak your way to happiness in the claw foot bath in the adjoining bathroom. While the master suite is not air-conditioned, you will find it cool enough with a little of the aircon from down stairs, the fan provided and the cooler Mountain temperatures. There is also a heater for winter. There is a walk in shower downstairs. The second bedroom is downstairs and small - but bright with views out to the beautiful garden. There is a single trundle bed that can be converted into 2 x singles at the same height. The sofa bed /lounge converts to a accommodate 2. However, while the cottage can sleep up to 5, she is more suited to smaller groups of 2 - 4 adults. We also have a portable foldup bed suitable for a small child if required (especially if you would prefer them sleeping with you in the upstairs master). There is also an infant stair barrier & portacot if required. With a white picket fence to welcome you, the English country garden will delight you with colour - daisies, roses, agapanthus, and delphiniums to name a few. A discount is automatically applied to bookings 7 or more nights. And a mid stay complimentary change of linen and mini clean is available for 10 or more nights. Note, the cottage; - Is professionally cleaned before/ after every guest - Linen & towels are provided - A selection of basics are provided - mini toiletries, tea, coffee, coffee Pods, a few small bottles of bottled water, popper size milk, a few small individual biscuit packs, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, baking paper etc. - Has poor tv & mobile reception, however free WiFi & chrome cast allow guests to cast from their device - including free to air channels. Entry - You will be provided with a unique entry code to the smart lock at the front door a day or two before your arrival. Parking - Carport/ driveway has room for 2 cars. Mountain Environment (Wildlife) - We take every precaution to keep the cottage free of uninvited guests E.g Professional regular pest control etc, however it is set in a tropical environment, so to minimise 'unexpected encounters' please ensure screen doors are kept closed and watch your step when exploring the surrounds.
