Please take into consideration that that additional tax would have to be paid upon arrival. The Space: A very nice and comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Just 2 min walk from the beach, located in the very famous Ben Yehouda street, close to all restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The apartment has one-bedroom with a living room, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor of a building with an elevator.  In the living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, a flat-screen TV with french channels and a Netflix connection. For your pleasure you have a balcony with a small table and two chairs. Your comfort is important to us : we make sure our apartments are equipped with all the necessary appliances while you are away so we provide: coffee, cleaning supplies, home and cooking appliances, and an iron. Clean, fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Perfect for family and friends. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. We are happy to assist you with further services as needed. ​ Guest Access: Ben Yehouda street is full of restaurants and stores, there is also the famous AMPM, supermarket opens 24 hours on 24 hours. Need of milk, ice cream or coffe at 4 o'clock in the morning ? No problem ! The Neighborhood: One of the most famous street of Tel Aviv, it's very close from the famous " tayelete" of Tel Aviv ( beach area), do you need something at anytime ? This is is the best location in town ! WARNING : From Bograshov to Gordon, Benyehuda is closed to cars due to the construction of tram line. Getting Around: The City offers a wide range of transportation; You can find most busses services with the app Movit, for the time and location of buses and or Sherut (yellow van) You can also rent a bike, electric bike, and scooters via apps. For your own safety, make sure you have a Helmet. Enjoy an easy and enjoyable stay! Other Things to Note: - After each check-out, a team of professional cleaners, clean our apartments for the comfort of our guests. - Please note that if the apartment is returned in a very dirty condition, you will be overcharged. - A deposit has to be paid before the check in. - It is also imperative to return the exact number of towels and bedsheets on the day of check out, each unreturned item will be charged 40 ILS. - None of our apartments can be rented by groups of minors, in order to confirm the identity of our guest, we ask before each check in the picture of passports. - !!!!!
