Wide and well decorated apartment at the ground floor in a two levels detached house. There is a great view of the sea and a garden all around it, with a wide and intimate terrace where you can eat or sunbuthing. The guests can use the private swimming pool in the main garden. The apartment is about 100 sq. m. and there are a wide living zone with a chilling zone, a dine zone with an open concept modern kitchen, a main bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two individual beds and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is in a separated room of the house. The flat has a great ocean view and it get a wide private terrace where eat and a garden with lavander flowers and trees. The guests can enjoy the swimming pool at the main floor of the property. Animals are not allowed ( even the smaller ones) and it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. The flat is equipped with bed clothes, towels and kitchen furniture. There are a microwave, a glass ceramic, TV, Internet, iron and hair dryer. In addition to cleaning with disinfectant products, we perform a professional ozonation throughout the flat after each guest checks out. The apartment is located in an elegant and silent neighbourhood, with many kinds of shops around. The Loro Pack, Playa Jardín and Puerto de la Cruz are 2 minutes far from the property by the car. We have a lovely cat called Luna walking around the garden and we have called the property : "Moon in the garden" in her honor.
