Newly renovated apartment in the center of Bussum

Lovingly renovated, cozy apartment (55m2). Originally built in 1895, the apartment has its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom with a shower and an eat-in kitchen. The apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment is located in the old center of Bussum. The shops, restaurants and bars are around the corner. There is a train station located just 10 minutes walking distance. Minimum stay 30 days. Discount negotiable on longer stays. Available from January 2022. The bedrooms are light with a cozy feeling. One features a double bed which can be electrically adjusted and down bedding. The other one has a single bed. Both bedrooms are on a vide attached to the kitchen and living area. All your luggage will fit easily into the large closet (with laptop safe). If needed, a toddler/baby bed can be placed in the room for a child. In the living room, there is a relaxed leather, three-seat couch, 50s dresser and, a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. Perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing and shopping in Amsterdam. The kitchen is bright and contains all the conveniences: gas cooktop, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, and milk frother. It is furnished with a table, chairs, and a vintage lamp. We, your neighbors, are total foodies, so you can count on a kitchen stocked with all the ingredients necessary for a delicious stay. An extra bar stool or baby feeding chair is available if needed. The bathroom is lovely, with a walk-in rain shower and a sink with a light-up mirror, toilet, hotel-grade towels, hair-dryer, shampoo, and body wash. We live next door so during day time we are available for questions or to help you out. The apartment is located in the old center of Bussum. The shops are around the corner, and there are many restaurants, bars and a film house just a short walk away. There is a train station (Bussum-Zuid) located just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment where you can catch a train to either Amsterdam or Utrecht (25 minutes away!). Street parking is with a permit only. We have visitor day tickets you can buy from us at € 2,50 per day. There is usually a place in front of the door or within 100 meters of the apartment. We are only 5 minutes from the highway. Amsterdam and Utrecht are a 20 minute drive. The train station is a 10 minute walk. Taxis to the train station or airport can be arranged easily. 1. The apartment is poorly accessible in a wheelchair. Sorry for that. 2. Mandatory cleaning for every two weeks you are staying. It is 50 euros per session. We clean the house and replace all the linens.
