Large (25 sq mt) Suite is at the front of our house. Enter through private courtyard to queen bed (new mattress Sept 2020), en-suite, mini kitchen, TV, internet. Park right outside your room. Gas BBQ in own courtyard for outdoor cooking. Optional wash-up service supplied. Sorry we don’t accept dogs. Heater, fan and breakfast basket in room. 5min walk to swimming estuary. The room is extra large (almost as large as Bannisters!), and contains a small semi kitchen area and sitting area. The generous en-suite has a large glass shower which has been newly installed. A new chiropractic queen mattress has been added in September 2020, ensuring a comfortable nights sleep. Nearby Dolphin Point is around 7 mins walk away. It is the beach end of Burrill Lake and has one of the most pristine swimming estuaries in our region - brilliant for all water sports - swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding or kyaking. Surfing can be enjoyed at a number of nearby breaks. Our guests say that they go to sleep with the sound of the ocean in their room. Your Suite positioned at the front of our house, gives you complete privacy and comfort. The area is cooled by windows, screened door and a fan. Your own courtyard has beach shower, table & chairs, drying line and BBQ with room for storage of kyak or surfboard. We are in residence and can help you with information and guidance on fishing, safe swimming and surf breaks. Breakfast basket and hair dryer supplied. Your Suite has a separate private entrance with parking outside the room so you can come and go easily. Key safe for easy check in and out. We are here at all times to help out with any requests you may have. Use of our washing machine, dryer or iron on request. The Dolphin Point area, Burrill Beach, nearby park and bush trails are quiet and ideal for bushwalkers, hikers or bike riders. We are happy to introduce you to all our area offers if that suits. Otherwise we leave you to have a contactless break. Entry is through key safe, so there is no human interaction, a plus in these Covid times. We are in residence should you need help with anything and have heaps of local knowledge - insider info about beaches, where to swim, tidal changes, surf and fishing spots, cafes, restaurants, shops and local attractions. Dolphin Point is the beach end to Burrill Lake and is 6klms from Ulladulla and Mollymook and around 12 from Milton. It is a quieter alternative to Mollymook with a fabulous swimming lagoon/estuary and beach. Our laid-back area abounds with chilled-out surfers, greenies and lovers of the ocean. No loud holiday revellers here. If you value peace and serenity, bush and beach walks, the odd migrating whale or regular pods of dolphin you'll love our area. Once you discover our unique tidal lagoon you'll never want to leave! Once you arrive get around like the locals - kyaking, surfing, push bike riding, boating, paddle boarding or walking. Most can be hired locally. Walk or push bike into Ulladulla on our new walking track (around 6 klms). Easy drive to Ulladulla/Mollymook or Milton to explore shops, restaurants, wineries and markets. Call the Clubs' courtesy buses to be picked up and returned door-to-door to enjoy a night out at the Ex Servos or Mollymook Golf Club. Details supplied in your room. As our space is styled as a singles or couples retreat, we cannot accept pets. Our quiet no through road has full time residents (no party rental properties), so is ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy a traffic free easy walk to swimming and kayaking with facilities including 2 cafes, bird feeding, tennis and mini golf, the best takeaway fish & chips in our region, and paddle boat hire. Order the courtesy buses to the Ex Servos or Mollymook Golf Club for dinner out without the car. Driving 6-8 Klms takes you a large range of cafes and restaurants, a winery and specialty shops in nearby towns of Ulladulla and Milton.
