The open plan living area includes a well equipped and bright kitchen with an AGA and, on arrival, you’ll find a super hamper including local produce. Right off the kitchen, the open plan dining area with a triple height space and wrap around modern staircase, is an impressive space to sit down for dinner underneath the designer lighting and exposed beams. Just off the kitchen is the more cosy ‘grown up’ living room with its impressive double height space. The incredibly squashy and deep sofa’s with the glow of the lights of Penryn across the water, is the place to relax and come together over a glass of wine and a board game. Two sets of folding sliding doors can be flipped open to spill out onto the south facing terrace, perfect for lazy al fresco breakfasts, sunset Bbq evenings or a few sundowners after a trip to the beach. The welcoming and comfy cinema room has space for the whole family with a projector screen, board games and a Smart TV for quiet nights in. With several local pubs and restaurants to choose from, it is very easy to immerse yourself in to local life which all offer great food with a friendly vibe.
