Nearby - Pukekohe Shops (7km), Restaurants, Train Station, 3 Supermarkets, Red Shed Cafe, Bracu Olive Estate, Golf, Pukekohe Park V8s, Glenbrook Railway, Kariotahi & Port Waikato Beaches. This unique setting has Alpaca & an array of bird life. Join us in our special piece of paradise! This New Apartment is very private & separated from the main house by two double garages. With a spacious sunny living area, dining for 6, a modern fully equiped kitchen complete with oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & all this flowing out to a sheltered covered portico overlooking the native bush. The lounge has a heat pump to keep you cosy, Sky TV, wireless internet & the home is double glazed & very peaceful. There are 2 Dbl bedrooms complete with brand new furnishings, QS beds & an additional very comfy rollout single if needed. Also outside is a sheltered dining area with seating for 8 & a Weber BBQ for your use. You also have your own laundry with a washing machine,clothesline & dryer. We live on site so will be available to pass on the keys. If we are not home there is also a lockbox at the door. - We will be here to greet you & provide assistance if needed but you are situated away from the main house for privacy. - For your convenience there is a digital door lock on your front door & the code will be sent to you prior to arrival. - Please let Caren know if you would like to feed the Alpaca - usually 9am at the gate at the end of the driveway - weather permitting. A rural setting & yet only minutes from Shops, Supermarkets, Cafes, Sports Stadium, V8 Motor Racing, Train Station & more. Visit Kariotahi Beach, Port Waikato & for the children Glenbrook Vintage Railway! Lunch at Bracu & clay pigeon shooting or archery. To really see the countryside a car is the best option. Also Pukekohe & Papakura train stations are nearby - park & catch the train into Auckland City & Viaduct. • You are very welcome to feed the Alpaca just let Caren know that you’re interested. • Tea, coffee/plunger coffee, milk, biscuits, butter, jam, marmalade & a selection of cereals & canned fruit are complimentary. . When using the dining table please use the mats provided so the table is not damaged. • Ample Parking available just outside the door for your convenience .
