This apartment is located in a stone house in the old village of Saint-Florent-sur-Auzonnet, at the foot of the Cevennes. Situated in a quiet locality surrounded by olive and chestnut trees, it offers a beautiful view of a mountain. It has a very large garden which you share with the owner; and an elevated pool 4.5 square metres. The owners live in privacy, on the first floor. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and an American refrigerator. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace facing south. Baguettes and croissants are available at the bakery just 300 metres away. There is also a small grocery store in the vicinity. The location is ideal to explore the beautiful Cevennes on foot or by bicycle, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage site because of its uniqueness. You will be residing just 10 km from Saint-Ambroix near Anduze and more charming villages. Those interested in ancient stone buildings, should not miss the unique Pont du Gard and must also look around in Nîmes, Avignon and Montpellier. Litoral, with its beautiful sandy beaches is just 20 km away. Two pets are allowed and free parking is available on the grounds, right opposite.
