Rose Creek Cottage, One Tree Hill SA

The cottage has all the amenities to cater for most peoples needs. You have access to the entire cottage for your stay. Its situated on the outskirts of One Tree Hill on 10 acres and surrounded by grape vines. It is 2 mins from the local shops ,5 mins to Elizabeth centre , 5 mins to One Tree Hill township ,20 mins to Barossa , 40 mins to Adelaide and 10 mins to Al Ru wedding venue. Due to the country location, mobile usage is best with Telsta but other providers do work outside. The cottage can be used for families of up to 2 adults and 1 child. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has a king single bed. Small dogs are allowed as long as they stay on a leash while outside of the cottage as there is a Shetland pony, 2 cows and the owner has 2 border collies. This property offers the opportunity to be close to all amenities but be in a private space. You will require a car as there is no public transport close by , but the railway station ( Elizabeth) is 5 mins drive which takes you to Adelaide and Gawler. There are bus services in Craigmore. The cottage has an information booklet with local events and places to visit. Guests have access to all amenities in the cottage and to an private outdoor area . Undercover parking. Guests can access the rose garden and lawn. The owners live on site but are very separate from the cottage. The neighbours are all on large properties, so there are no close houses to the cottage. Mostly surrounded by grape vines and native trees. A car is required as there is no close public transport. This property is used for weddings, so guests will be informed of this on booking. This means that for a few hours, there may be limited use of the driveway to the property.
