The nearest house to the sea!

Our apartment is located less than 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the center , in a family complex of 4 houses . It can comfortably accommodate 5 people and children . Has a fully equipped kitchen, access to the garden and to the sea. Our house , in the months September / June , is located in the ideal place for those who love peace , tranquility and the smell of the sea . In the months July and August , the largest number of tourists , beaches , clubs , makes the place more alive and full of attractions. Guests will have access to all the rooms of the apartment and an outdoor area with table and chairs and direct access to the beach . Dwelling on the top floor , in another house , we will be happy to advise guests places to visit and attractions not to be missed . The house is located a few steps from the sea ( there are not any other so close ! ) . There is peace , tranquility and is only 5 minutes walk from the seafront and shops. The train station is 950 mt . Bus stops are at 270 and 300 meters , but there are a few trips a day. The historic center of Policastro is 600 meters from the house. The next largest country , Sapri , is 10 km away. Ask for some more photos !
