Beautiful spacious quirky self contained studio with your own entrance + private bathroom + direct access to sunny terrace on private car free lane protected by a security gate. We are close to restaurants, bars, cafes, & East End markets: Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Columbia Rd, Broadway. Plus easy access to the West End. The space >>The studio will be completely sanitised between each guest, bedding, pillows and duvets quarantined for at least 3 days between uses. Hand sanitiser and latex gloves provided for guests.<< Very secure, very quiet, very private - what more do you need for a perfect stay in London! Our guest suite is completely self contained. You have the whole ground floor studio of our contemporary town house including your own front door. The space has its own new private bathroom (toilet and shower) and separate sleeping and seating areas. There is a small fridge for cold drinks and snacks, tea and coffee making facilities. You have your own direct access to our outdoor shared terrace with seating for breakfasting in the sun. Our lane is car free and protected by a security gate. If you are staying for more than 7 nights, we will fit fresh bed linen & towels & your room will be cleaned if required (for Covid-related reasons you may not want this, just let us know). Located in the heart of Hackney, East London, in walking distance of London Fields, Dalston, Hoxton and Shoreditch, lots and lots of restaurants, markets, bars, shops, the Olympic Park. If you like discount high end fashion brands (eg. Burberry) are 5 minutes away. *Please note the studio is not suitable for children under 10 years* *Check in: we try to be flexible and where possible allow guests to check in early. Check out: 11am but you are welcome to store your luggage with us. You have the private ground floor studio to yourself including your own toilet & shower. The studio has a small fridge to store snacks/drinks and facilities to make hot drinks BUT NO KITCHEN. We'll provide you with a list of the many great & affordable restaurants and great coffee places close by + places that deliver. You also have you own access to the sunny communal terrace with seating. *As we are a small private community protected by a security gate (that's why it is so quiet and safe! see photos) only guests listed on the booking can be on the property. Thank you.* We live above the studio so are always there to welcome guests personally and answer any questions you may have to make your stay in London memorable or resolve any issues that may occur. Check in: we try to allow early check in where possible, especially if coming off a long flight. Check out: 11am but guests are welcome to store luggage with us. Hackney is great, so much going on culturally on your doorstep but also with easy access to the major sites of London. We also have 3 or 4 supermarkets within a short walk one of which is open 24 hrs most days. We are very well connected with many buses and 2 train stations within a few mins walk. London is very big! You Will be spending a lot of time on public transport wherever you stay*. If this is your 1st trip here and want to be as close as possible to the big tourist spots (wg. Oxford Street, Harrods, Buckingham Palace) there are closer places to stay (but of course they will probably be more expensive. And less quiet!). If you want to stay in an area where Londoners live & without any traffic noise, or want to explore east London, Shoreditch, Dalston, The City then all these areas are very close to us. *Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Dalston about 20 mins away Camden, West End, Oxford Street, Theatreland about 30-40 mins Nottinghill & West London about 45-50 mins away We love sharing our knowledge of London so don't hesitate to ask for recommendations for things to do, how to get somewhere or where to eat or drink. There are excellent transport links to all the major sights of London on our doorstep.
