Villa Giada

Beautiful Villa with large garden and outdoor space with a pool of 13 meters for the exclusive use of guests. The Villa is rented as a single unit, the guests who book have exclusive use of the entire Villa and Pool, without sharing it with other guests. Villa Giada is located a few km from the sea, from Punta Raisi Airport and from Palermo. The Villa, recently renovated, consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen (complete with utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and citrus juicer), a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms each with two single beds and another bunk bed, for a total of 10 beds. In the sleeping area there are two other bathrooms (for a total of three bathrooms) each with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished (including a dishwasher). Outside there is a large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden, through a small path, you can access the very large and comfortable swimming pool and for the exclusive use of our guests.
