Petroula's Place, Perfectly Located

Nestled in the northeastern side of downtown Athens, this charming apartment offers many amenities. It is located near the commercial triangle with many trendy bars, cafes and restaurants as well as many hospitals and universities . Ideally situated between two metro station, Ampelokipoi and Megaro Mousiki, and short distance to the X95 bus to airport makes commuting easy. We tried to preserve the characteristics of the original 1960 Athenian apartment with it original wood and terrazzo floors, marble sink, iron radiators and detailed marble and metal coverings. Lots of light floods this quaint apartment making its inside spaces as bright and enjoyable as its outdoor spaces, its ample balcony. Although I am not located in Athens I am easily reached by phone, email or by texts at almost all hours. For times you cannot reach me my good friend Mira who lives in the building will be happy to assist you. The apartment is located in an up and coming trendy neighbourhood with its quaint cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is also situated in close proximity to supermarkets, boutiques, hair salons, cinema, bookstores and the corner 24 hour convenience store that offers great coffee snacks, liquor, groceries and other supplies. Ampelokipi can be considered a health center as many hospitals are located in this area. There are many options for you to get around. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk to two metro stations, Ampelokipi and Megaro Musiki. You are a five minute walk to the Athens tower where the X 95 bus stops and takes you to the airport for only 6€. Parking is available on the streets but careful to obtain parking vouchers to place on your dashboard. You can purchase them at the corner store. There are also two pay parking lots on the street behind the apartment. Free parking on the street is available on Sundays.
