Guests have access to their studio, building common areas and the laundry room which is on the same floor. Guest can reach me anytime by phone or over Airbnb Neighborhood is very quiet yet centrally located. Grocery shop and Taxi company are 2 min walk from the building. Known shopping malls, restaurants and bars are only 5 min drive from the building. Best is to rent a car (free parking on premise). Uber easily accessible, usually takes 15 min to arrive. There's also a taxi company 2 min walk from the building.
