Casa Natale: A beautiful appartment #4

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village. The apartment has its own entrance via the open wooden staircase. In addition to the underground car park, there are parking spaces in front of the building. The kitchen can be fully used. In the cellar there is a washing machine with coin slot (4x1 EUR per wash). TIP: There is a second, almost identical apartment next door, which may be interesting if there are more than 2 travellers. Morgex offers you very good shopping facilities (supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, bank, ice cream cafe, bar, pizzeria and restaurants etc.) and is an ideal starting point for many activities (rafting, walks in vineyards/ along the mountain river Dora Baltea, bike tours). Since we live in Switzerland, our housekeeper Elena and her daughter Elisa will take care of your welcome and the final cleaning of the apartment. Of course you can also contact us by phone or email. Morgex is also a good starting point for excursions to Aosta (27 km), Cogne/Gran Paradiso (42 km) or Courmayeur (10 km). We recommend to: Reach the Mont Blanc with SkyWay, enjoy thermal baths in Pre-Saint-Didier, ski in Courmayeur and La Thuile, experience rafting in Morgex, stroll through Courmayeur and Aosta (Roman theatre among others), try local wines at the Anselmet winery and dinner at the Trattoria di Campagna in Sarre. In the interest of all our guests, smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
