Located in Lomba, just at 30 min drive from Porto, this large river side Villa is ideal for a family or friends holiday. It has everything to offer you a fantastic stay an create unforgettable moments. Bedrooms: There are 4 large bedrooms with contemporary decor and queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a large window and a shared balcony with scenic views of the Douro river and the surrounding nature. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite (Website hidden by Airbnb) are cleaned & changed by a cleaning company after every check-out. For stays longer than 7 days, beddings and towels may be changed at the middle. Living & Dining Room: Pleasant open-space area, with a huge river view window with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. It has a large dining table, comfortable sofas, a cosy fireplace for the winter days, it features also a LCD TV with satellite channel. The Kitchen has oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all utensils you may need to wake up your inner chef. The WiFi is available throughout house. Exterior Area: The exterior of this property is sublime, ideal to enjoy outdoor activities. The swimming pool and surrounding garden area are ideal to relax and take sunbaths. The river's direct access, through the private dock, allows fantastic river swims as well magnificent kayak boats. Easy to commute to and from Porto, just a 30 min drive. The distance from the airport should be around 40 min. It is a perfect oasis to relax after a day trip to Porto or the Douro Valley. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, only in the exterior area. The Villa is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, try to keep it tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it. By legal imposition of the Portuguese Foreign and Borders Service (SEF), like hotels or hostels do, during the check in we are required to ask all guests (including citizens from the European Union) to present their ID or passport in order to collect information such as: Full Name; Nationality; Date of birth; ID or Passport Number; Country of residence. All information will be kept confidential and for a maximum period of 3 days, until we submit the registration of your staying with the Portuguese authorities.
