Great location for touring the Black Hills. Ok Only 10 minutes to Sturgis, SD, 30 minutes from Deadwood, 15 minutes from Rapid City, 30 minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 45 minutes from Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park. If you are here for the stock, sports, music events, or other activities in Rapid City this is a very easy location. If you are looking to hike or mountain bike there are trails close by including a wonderful 3.6 mike hike to Dalton lake, take your fishing pole and snack and hike to the the lake for a day of fun. ATV trails are close by and can be ridden to from the house. Once at the trails you can head into the heart of the hills, which can be seen on the map in the photos. And if you’re just looking for relaxation and family time it’s here. The main floor has a master suite with jetted tub and separate shower as well as living, dining, kitchen and laundry. A large wrap around deck with covered porch areas provide plenty of space to enjoy the views and outdoors. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom one with queen bed and one with a full bed as well as fold out futon. The walkout basement with more views has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with single bunk beds and very nice trundle bed, bathroom and huge family room. Netflix and wireless are available upon request. A printer and scanner can be made available as well. If needed we can purchase groceries and have them available in the refrigerators for the cost of the groceries and service fee. The two car garage is available as well as plenty of parking for trailers. Black top roads to the drive, short drive mostly flat recycled millings driveway (packed very firm).
