Lovely room in modern villa overlooking the lake

Beautiful guest room with private bathroom in a spacious new modern villa with garden and terrace surrounded of forests and over looking the lake of Neuchâtel. For an extra CHF 10.- pp, you will receive an excellent continental breakfast. Coffee, tea & water free of charge. Look no further if you are searching for calm/nature and love animals. We got a golden retriever and a cat. - IMPORTANT - If you are two guests but wish to have two separate rooms, please select 3 people on the booking ! We offer two bedrooms with double beds located on the same floor and side by side. One private bathroom (WC & shower) for both rooms is available. Please note that we only rent the two rooms to the same family/group. Thus you will share the bathroom only with the persons who accompany you. You can enjoy a lovely morning, afternoon or evening on our garden terrace overlooking the lake and sunset. We can also offer you a lovely dinner for an extra 20.- CHF p.p. and an apero that includes a bottle of wine (red, white or rose) with a grazing plate for 35.- CHF to enjoy the sunset view on the terrace. IMPORTANT - we dont allow guests to cook or store food in our kitchen. However, if you have an infant, we will be happy to warm or stock their pre made pots/dishes. Food that has been brought by the guests to our premises has to be consumed in the bedroom or outdoor terrace. We will be happy to borrow plates, cutlery if necessary :) Our check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm. Earlier or later than that may occur an extra charging fee. We can be flexible on the check in and check out time if no previous guests departs or arrives on the same day. Our guests have their full privacy. On your request, we are happy to give you recommendations to visit/eat around the area. Guests who arrive by train to Estavayer-le-Lac, we will pick up at the train station by car and also drop you there. We are pet friendly. Our villa is located in a quiet road, next to the agricultural area, surrounded of forests, cows and very friendly neighbors. There are many opportunities for forest walks and hikes in the immediate vicinity (10 meters from the house). On a short 20 mins walk you'll get to Font, with access to the lake of Neuchâtel for swimming. We are located between Lausanne and Bern, with a 6min drive from the A1 motorway that connects both cities. By train, closest station is Estavayer-le-lac which has then a bus connection to the closest viallage next to us, Lully (a 15min walk from the house). If using public transportation, we can arrange pick up and drop off. Please note that if you are 2 guests but wish to have 2 separate bedrooms please select 3 people on the booking as this will encounter extra cleaning fees and rearrangement of 2nd bedroom. We are happy to accommodate and host your pet for an extra 10.- CHF
