Cost is for up to 4 people. Add an additional $10 per person/per night for more than 4 people. 2 Bedroom/1 Bath $150 per night (Aug 16th - May 14th) $175 May 15th - August 15th. No pets inside. No smoking inside. NO CLEANING FEES! Deposit/Cancellation policy: 50% deposit is required to make your reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival you will lose the deposit unless I can fill your reservation. The remaining 50% will be collected upon arrival.
