4 bedroom brand new house near airport

The house is built in 2019 with decent size 4 bedrooms. Good price for small to big family stay. The house and Bedrooms are fully funished with ceiling fans and ducted A/C. Long term stay is available. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. Airbnb strictly bans all parties and I don't accept any kind of parties. Please, note that under 25 years old cannot rent entire house, young family can be exlcuded after discussion with me Please, let me know your purpose of booking when you send a booking request Guests will rent entire place and host won't be at the place during guests' stay. brand new 4 bedroom house with 2 lockup garage and 2.5 bathroom. master bedroom has walkin wardlobe and ensuit and other 3bedrooms share 1.5 bathroom. open floor plan kitchen and stone benchtop. Alfresco is available with 8 adults sitting outdoor set. All windows and doors have insect screen and security screen. 75" big sceen smart TV and unlimited wifi. Ducted airconditioning in whole house. Please feel free to ask any qeustions about this place. Alfresco and backyard in private. I am renting entire place to you so you will not see me unless you need me for emergency. The house is located in residential area, many young families live here so there is no big party, very quiet and safe. Please keep your noise down after 9PM. Close to motorway to go to Sunshine coast or Gold coast. The train station is less than 5 minutes by driving and 10minutes by walking. I recommend driving for shopping as chermside shopping centre is 15 minutes away and Toombool shopping centre is 10 minutes away but you can use train to go to shops. Banyo woolworths available one train station away Toombul shopping centre 3 station away, bus is available as well. Please, note that under 25 years old guests cannot rent entire house, young family can be exlcuded after discussion with me Please take your shoes off while you are staying in my place, shoes can stay near the entrance in the shoe rack. I am living in this place and rent the whole house occasionally. Therefore, master bedroom, walkin wardlobe and ensuite have my personal belongings. Please respect my stuff and place, I do not share my stuff including food. Other 3 bedrooms are completely empty. The toilets are echo friendly which means they use minimum amount of water for flush and it may seem weak. please flush more if need. please keep the insect screens are closed all the time to prevent insects coming in the house.
