Sat Nam Village Eco-Hotel was created after the experience lived by a Spanish couple during a long holiday trip in this Asian gem. Our main objective is to promote responsible tourism; collaborating with the environment and promoting the biodiversity of the area where we are located so that guests feel comfortable. In our healthy and delicious Sri Lankan - Spanish - Ayurvedic fusion food, we use organic and seasonal foods. We offer daily practice of Classical Yoga and meditation. Our local staff will be happy to offer walking routes with basic explanations about the wildlife in the area and free fishing in the surrounding lakes. Our Spanish worker, trained in several Ashrams of India and certified by the International Yoga Alliance, will be in charge of guiding daily practices of Classical Yoga and Meditation. We offer Safaris in the Natural Parks of the Area (Minneriya, Kaudulla, Ritigala and Horulu). As we are in the center of the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, a few kilometers from our Eco-Hotel you can visit; Sigiriya Lion Rock (8km.), Pidurangala Rock (7km.), Dambulla Cave Temple (18km.), Polonnaruwa Ancient City (47km.), Mihintale Pilgrimage Site (57km.), Anuradhapura Ancient City (63km.) And Tooth Temple in. Kandy (90km.). You can also enjoy a day at the spectacular beaches of the east of the country; Nilaveli Beach, Trincomalee (100km.) and Kalkudah & Passikudah Beaches (119km.). We offer tuk tuk service to move to the nearest areas and rent a car or private driver for the most remote areas.
